Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return or refund, as this video is required to verify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.

Ordering the wrong product.

Minor color variations caused by differences in screen or display settings.

Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.

Requests made after the 14-day return period.

Products without the required unboxing video.

Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility.
If the returned product confirms that it was damaged in transit or that an incorrect item was delivered, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product has been received and verified.
